Kevin W. Massengill is the Executive Chairman of Meraglim Holdings Corporation​, a professional, scientific, and technical investment holding company, and the CEO of Raven Predictive Analytics® a patent-pending enterprise SaaS combining AI, complexity science, and human intelligence for institutional investors and corporate leaders. He is also the Managing Director of Massengill Advisory LLC, a Florida-based business consultancy and family office managing investments in hard assets and private equity. 
 
Massengill is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for several acquisition-focused QLA investment holding companies: Brighter Electrical, Caliburn Capital, EVI Holdings, Huntingstone Partners, Impact Holdings, NorthStar Essential Holdings, Optimized Growth Holdings, Panthera Senior Living, Prime Regency, RecordAI, United Pain Clinics, Vernal Partners, White Strix Holdings, and others in development.

A retired U.S. Army Airborne Ranger qualified officer and award-winning senior defense executive with Fortune 500 companies Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) and Leidos Holdings (NYSE: LDOS), Massengill also served as a managing director of Silver Leaf Partners, a boutique New York investment bank.
 
​Massengill has previously served as Chairman of the Board for the Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) operating businesses in Australia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom, a member of the Overseas Schools Advisory Council for the U.S. Department of State – D.C., a Non-Executive Board Director for GrowthGate Capital, a private equity buy out firm in Dubai, and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the American Community School – Abu Dhabi.​

Massengill holds an M.A. in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University, a B.A. in Russian Area Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia where he was a Distinguished Military Graduate, the recipient of the George C. Marshall Award, and a US Army Top 5% Fellowship. He has completed the International Directors Program at INSEAD Fontainebleau, the Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard Law School, and held FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Legal Director

Michael L. Blau is a partner and health transactional lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Blau’s practice focuses on advising clients on health care corporate and regulatory matters, including mergers, acquisitions and affiliations; financing transactions; contracting; and forming provider groups, networks, alliances, and joint ventures. He is the immediate past chair of the firm’s Industry Teams Department. He is a member of the firm’s Health Care and the Technology Industry Teams. He is also the immediate past chair of the firm’s Research and Development Group and the Planning Committee for the Health Care Industry Team.

Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Blau was partner-in-charge of the Health Law Department in the Boston office of McDermott Will & Emery LLP.

Annette Tirabasso

Director of Operations and Integration 

With 30+ years of experience in professional services in the financial industry (banking and insurance) and consumer products, Ms. Tirabasso knows how to drive innovation and growth and improve operations and financial performance. Annette understands the challenges associated with driving change and has the vision and grit it takes to grow and scale a company. 

She is a retired Deloitte Consulting Partner who advised CEOs and executive teams of Fortune 500 clients participating in nearly 100 Board and Executive Committee meetings. Annette was elected to Deloitte Consulting’s Global Transition Board to govern the potential legal separation of Consulting from Attest evaluating client base and mix, financial impacts, global strategy, Partner and staff compensation, fairness to constituencies, and governance. She was accountable for year-over-year revenue growth, profitability and client satisfaction and held executive leadership positions in Consulting’s Financial Services Industry and Strategy & Operations practices. 

She served in other leadership roles including DE&I (Women’s Initiative) and member of both the Staff Compensation and Partner Admission Committees. Prior to Deloitte, Ms. Tirabasso held positions in Marketing, Retail Systems Development and Bank Operations at Key Bank where she was responsible for marketing research, integrating new products into operations and systems and prioritizing technology changes in the Retail Line of Business. 

As a Management Engineer at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Annette was responsible for efficiency and effectiveness in the ancillary areas of the hospital and revenue cycle improvements. She is also a former golf course owner. As current CEO and Founder of Tirabasso Transformation Group, she advises clients in operations, strategy, technology, marketing and sales, M&A (integration), governance, enterprise risk, shared services, human capital and succession planning. She is also a guest lecturer at the University of North Georgia MBA course, on best practices in enterprise project management, developing and managing relationships and governance.

Joseph R. Cunningham is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has spent 21 years in private practice and serving as Staff Physician at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Cunningham joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma in 2007 as the Medical Director of Medical Services, overseeing the Utilization Management and Case Management Departments.

I have been a practicing gynecologist for more than 20 years at InterMed, a physician owned and led multispecialty group in Portland. I completed my undergraduate work at Yale in Molecular Biophysics snd Biochemistry. I completed my medical training at Columbia and returned to Yale for my residency in Ob/Gyn and fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. I held an academic position at NYU prior to moving to Maine.

Though I previously provided obstetric care, I now focus on gynecologic care, fertility and women’s health. I have special interests in ambulatory surgery, the menopausal transition, infertility, fibroids, pelvic pain, sexual function, aging, preventative care and positive health habits.

I offer many treatment options and minimally invasive procedures for gynecologic problems and symptoms. I value an individualized approach to patient care. I view myself as a partner to develop care plans to meet a person’s goals. I strive to get accurate information to patients so they can be empowered to make informed decisions about their own healthcare.

More recently, I have taken an interest in physician leadership and healthcare delivery. I am the medical director of our ambulatory surgery center, and I have completed post-graduate certificates from the Surgical Leadership Program at Harvard Medical School and the Physician Executive Leadership Institute at the Daniel Hanley Center. I am a certified menopause provider through the North American Menopause Society and I am board certified in Ob/Gyn and Lifestyle Medicine, an evidenced-based preventative medicine board. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Healthcare Delivery Science at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of business.I am a Co-Chair of the New England Chapter of the Yale Alumni Non Profit Alliance, and I am on the Board of Directors at InterMed and at Let’s Talk Menopause. At Maine Medical Center, I am a member of the Council of Well-Being Directors and I have been a member of the peer support program since its inception in 2014.

vicki L. BRiggs, LFACHE

Advisor - Retired Healthcare CEO

Vicki Briggs, MBA, and Lifetime Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives is an experienced healthcare executive with over 35 years of C-Suite experience in hospital and healthcare system administration in the not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare sectors.  She retired as CEO of UT Health Tyler in October 2022 after joining UTHET in March 2018 when the joint venture was formed by the University of Texas and Ardent Health Services to acquire the East Texas Medical Center Regional Health System.

Throughout her career, Ms. Briggs has had responsibility for 25 hospitals ranging from small rural, critical access, community, and specialty to large tertiary with teaching programs. In addition she has had responsibility for four ambulatory surgery centers with physician partners, where she also served on the board of directors.   She has held the positions of Division CEO, Market CEO, System COO, Hospital CEO, Hospital CFO.  She has served on the board of directors of several physician hospital organizations focused on clinically integrated systems of care.   She has worked with national healthcare systems including HCA, Ascension Health and Ardent Health Services.

While Ms. Briggs has broad experience in healthcare her most notable areas of expertise and results include organizational culture, employee engagement, physician alignment, women’s healthcare, compliance, clinically integrated systems of care, and operational excellence including LEAN. Her commitment to recognizing the importance of supporting employees at the bedside was acknowledged in 2022 and 2021 when she was recognized as Best Boss by the Tyler Telegraph Best in Town program.

Briggs earned her B.S. in Accounting from Nicholls State University, Thibodaux, Louisiana, where she was recognized as a top 50 graduate during the 50th anniversary celebration.  She completed her MBA at Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama where she was named the Brock School of Business alumni of the year in 2013. She was recognized as a Modern Healthcare Up and Comer and Most Notable,  by Cain Brother Shattuck as an Outstanding CFO and by the American Hospital Association as a Most Valuable Political Action Committee Player.

She has demonstrated her commitment to the communities where she has worked and lived through her involvement with not-for-profit organizations including the American Heart Association, United Way, March of Dimes, Red Cross, Salvation Army and Rotary.  Nationally she served on and chaired the Board of the National Perinatal Information Center, was a member of the Regional Policy Board of the American Hospital Association and the Maternal Child Section.  She has served on the Board and Executive Committee of the Texas Hospital Association and received the American Hospital Association Most Valuable Political Action Player Award. She has served as Chair of the Board of the Southeast Affiliate of the American Heart Association and served on the national Audit and Quality Committees. She co-founded the Council of Women’s and Children’s Hospitals. She has been a speaker for the American Hospital Association, HFMA, ACHE and The Joint Commission.

Currently, Ms. Briggs serves on the Boards of Hospice of East Texas, Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas and the Southwest Affiliate of the American Heart Association where she is chairing the Rural Health Summit being planned for later this year, which will focus on improving cardiovascular outcomes by engaging the broader community.
